Here are some miscellaneous math quotes from my MA 362 professor this semester:

“When it doesn’t work, you messed up.”

“You could sit down with paper and a pencil on - what’s that TV show? Survivor Island? which is rediculous - and compute this by hand.”

“Watch this!”

“There’s no such bubble!”

“Go someplace and integrate that.”

“Today we’re going to do some strange stuff, so hang on to your hats.”

“It’s like a crazy piece of sausage!”

Class is almost over for my last semester. I have my 3rd math exam tomorrow, which I need to do well on. The only things is, I’ve been really sick last night and this morning. I seem to feel better now, but we’ll see. Hopefully I can put in some good time on the material and do very well tomorrow.

Well, that was quick and painless. The TA really didn’t have much to say, and I’m not sure if that was a good or a bad thing, but I think Susan and I are proud of our work, so that’s what matters, I guess.

“You know that there is a non-probabilistic algorithm for prime generation out there now right?”
