Life As It Comes
At Last7 Comments
I’ve started posting pictures from my vacation earlier this year. Take a look at them by following the photography link in the side bar. I’ve joined flickr as a pro member and decided to start storing my pictures there, going forward. Hosting the pictures from my new camera would take up a lot of space over time, and the conversion utility I was using (dcraw) was hard on the colors, so I decided flickr was the better all-around solution. There will still be a link to my old photos at the bottom of the new page.
Here are a few select ones from the Royal Botanical Gardens:
This rose was perfect. It just looks beautiful.
I was playing with depth of field here. There are a few iterations of this shot, but for some reason I like this one the best.
I love these colors.
This one just makes for an interesting picture. It intrigues my eye.
Please enjoy my pictures. I’ll be posting more soon, since there’s a plugin for Aperture available.

These are gorgeous!
The last one reminds me of a bunch of kids all piling on top of each other. (dogpile? Is that what it’s called?) Think like when you were a kid and it’s your siblings or your closest friends all stacked on top of one of your beds, and laughing. That’s what these logs are like.
